For more than 31 years, Linda Becker has focused her career on providing royalty compliance services. Her experience includes corporate finance with CBS Television and Capitol Records, where she was director of royalties.In addition to performing numerous royalty compliance services relating to recording contracts and publishing, she has reviewed record distribution and joint venture agreements, song catalog valuations, patent rights and litigation support engagements. Linda has directed and coordinated international investigations, giving her valuable experience into foreign distribution and accounting practices at foreign subsidiaries of major record companies. She was also instrumental in the design, implementation and management of a customized royalty computer application, providing clients with data and tracking ability and automated tools for analysis and audit applications.
