• Oversee the annual launch of new and expanded product lines (approximately 1,000 new publications per year)
• Develop and co-manage an annual production budget of $900,000
• Analyze production costs and sales expectations for all School and Church Team products
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure promotions for new products are targeted and in place at the time of release
• Produced and edited yearly recording sessions of hundreds of new performance pieces for more than ten years
