Ted Stachtiaris has over 15 years of business, legal and music industry experience. Ted previously was an attorney at the international corporate law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP, where he specialized in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He then joined the firm of Grubman Indursky & Shire, PC, where he focused on entertainment law matters, representing multi-platinum artists, producers and record labels. In 2004, Ted became a founding partner of Kline & Stachtiaris, LLP, where he continues to specialize in entertainment and corporate law matters. Throughout his career, Ted has worked closely with a variety of artists across musical genre including Alicia Keys, Everlast and Joan Jett, as well as world-class producers like Kerry “Krucial” Brothers (Alicia Keys, K’Naan) and Tony Visconti (David Bowie, Morrissey, Kaiser Chiefs).
