Mary Ramos has been a Film and TV Music Supervisor for over 20 years. She is the Music Supervisor for director Quentin Tarantino, among others. She has supervised music for over 100 films and television shows, from big budget studio films to tiny independents and passionate documentaries, helping directors to find the best score and songs for their projects. Last year, she worked on “The Hateful Eight” for which Ennio Morricone won his first Academy Award and she worked with Howard Shore on Thomas McCarthy’s film “Spotlight” which won the Oscar for Best Picture. Currently, she is working on a pilot for the CW called “Insatiable,” a Netflix film based on the popular manga series “DEATH NOTE,” and a soundtrack & film for “MARSHALL” a stirring depiction of a young Thurgood Marshall fighting a landmark NAACP case in the 1930s.
