Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Major entertainment presenter company looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will provide marketing support for all company's shows at the Microsoft Theater, Greek Theatre and smaller Latin club shows, as well as overall administrative support for the department.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Main functions include: Provide marketing support for company shows at the Microsoft Theater, Greek Theatre and smaller Latin club shows, as well as overall administrative support for the department. • Schedule and order creative for email blast/e-cards/banner ads. • Use internal systems to support Marketing and input show info with strong attention to detail. • Proof marketing materials and provide quality control before submitting for manager approval. • Assist in maintaining promotion/ticket/print grids for each show. • Assist in coordinating media buys and promotions. • Administrative duties include work orders, invoices, etc. • Maintain WebNow invoicing backup and distribution. • Help create ad packs for show settlements. • Update and consistently monitor our events on venue and artist websites and social pages. • Monitor promotional and advertising campaigns and create recap reports. • Assist with gathering research for street teams / shows to implement effective targeting. • Update and maintain media & promotion distribution lists. • Research and contribute marketing & social media ideas. • Assist department with special projects and other assignments as needed. • Assist in marketing for a high volume of shows. • Special projects as assigned by the Senior Marketing Director. • Help with day of show activities including radio station set ups, remote broadcasts and escorting media.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) Areas of study: Marketing, Business, Communications or PR preferred. • Candidate must be able to read, write and speak Spanish. • Candidate will possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & the ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly. Experience in Photoshop a plus. • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, written and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure follow thru. • Works well in a fast paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment. • Candidate will be passionate about music and marketing. • Candidate will be internet/social media saavy. • A positive attitude and desire to attend live music events, including weekends and holidays when required. • Creative thinker who likes to contribute ideas to the overall team. • Professional and friendly demeanor.
