A record executive, marketing and branding strategist in the entertainment and music industries, Dasha Ware founded talent development agency The Rising Star Group, LLC. She specializes in providing brand building opportunities and increasing digital value for creatives, executing digital sales through social brand management, content surfacing, digital promotions, distribution, and digital editorial placement.
With 20 years in entertainment, attending Fullsail University and Art Institute of Atlanta, Dasha is able to offer the total package to her clients. Having once been a performer for Walt Disney World Corporation and a talent for Ariza Talent Agency, Dasha uses her experiences to influence her business decisions to guide the careers of her clients. Her hard work and dedication to her craft has earned her the opportunity to work with some of the most influential celebrities and emerging recording artists including Dj Unk, Meek Mill, Romeo Miller, Nicki Minaj, Jacob Latimore, Roscoe Dash and others. Dasha is determined to educate emerging artists to reach their dreams and goals within the music business and dedicates her time in the community by volunteering and speaking at multiple music conferences and universities across the US.
