Eric Johnson is our special guest at this NARIP Film Music Supervisor Session in New York. .
Limited enrollment of 16 people per session guarantees face-time, registrants get brief of supervisor’s CURRENT music needs, a chance to pitch plus immediate feedback. In NARIP’s intimate session, you get to meet and pitch the supervisor for current opportunities.
ABOUT ERIC JOHNSON
Eric David Johnson (aka DJ Bunny Ears) is a music supervisor, DJ, director,
musician, filmmaker, writer, artist, curator, futurist, photographer and
producer. Rooted as an independent artist, he has have spent over fourteen
years in the advertising industry, working first at Wieden + Kennedy then
at Young & Rubicam New York, DDB Chicago and now at Search Party Music as
the Executive Producer. Johnson has worked with such clients
as Nike, Coke, Target, Pepsico, Budweiser, Reebok, McDonald’s, LG, Honda,
MTV, VH1, Nokia, Campbell’s, ESPN, Bacardi, Dell, Gatorade, NHL, Land
Rover, Diet Coke, NASCAR, Xerox, Accenture, State Farm, Colgate,
Starbucks, Oreo, EA Games, Mars/Wrigley’s, Skittles, Starburst, TED, IDEO,
etc.?? Johnson has also directed award-winning TV commercials
for Nike, as well as music videos for M. Ward, Cursive and Chin Up Chin
Up. Currently living in New Jersey, he performs /plays in the bands,
Pulseprogamming and Riddenpaa, co-operates the independent record label
Fryk Beat, and DJs in the crew, Silent Knights.
??Professionally, Johnson works from a music-centric POV and
is a Creative/Production hybrid and regularly participates industry-wide
in panels, juries and conferences such as: SXSW, CMJ, MIDEM, AICPs, CLIOs,
London International Awards and others.

NARIP Sessions are deliberately kept small, which is why they work so well and why participants have enjoyed almost 100 placements. Enrollment at this Session is limited to 16 people who wish to pitch. Pitch registrants get face-time with Rachel, a brief of our guest’s CURRENT music needs prior to the session to help them prepare, time to pitch plus immediate feedback from her. This event also includes general admission seating for those who wish to attend and observe, but not pitch. General admission registrants will have an opportunity to hear the panel discussion portion of the program, ask questions and meet this career maker.
