• Manage 14 Acquisition Editors (across the U.S.), two Production Managers and the team publishing program for the second largest print music publisher in the world
• Acquire, edit and produce all percussion-related products for the largest percussion catalog in the world
• Grew the percussion catalog to $1.2 million from $200,000 in 1989
• Oversee the annual launch of new and expanded product lines (approximately 1,000 new publications per year)
• Develop and co-manage an annual production budget of $900,000
• Analyze production costs and sales expectations for all School and Church Team products
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure promotions for new products are targeted and in place at the time of release
• Produced and edited yearly recording sessions of hundreds of new performance pieces for more than ten years

• Author and/or co-author of over 150 publications totaling more than one million copies sold worldwide
• Co-author of best-selling drum method (Alfred’s Drum Method, Book 1) worldwide

• Composer of songs used in Drumline, All My Children, Coach, General Hospital, Nightline and Good Morning America.
• Recipient of 23 ASCAP Popular Composer Awards
• Recipient of two Grammy participation/nomination certificates
• Hosted the Percussive Arts Society (PAS) International Convention, Los Angeles, Calif. (1991)
• Served as a member of the Percussive Arts Society Board of Directors from 1991-1996
• Timpanist for the Opening Ceremonies of the XXIII Olympiad, Los Angeles, Calif. (1984)
