ABOUT RAPHAELLA LIMA
Raphaella Lima has been with Electronic Arts (EA) for 12 years where she now heads up Global Music Partnerships & Marketing. She oversees early access to artists and builds music marketing programs that elevate the EA trademark. She works to maximize placements and optimize content distribution across social/music platforms. Raphaella oversees selection of licensed music and is responsible for music programming and the creation of custom songs for several EA franchises. Raphaella heads the production of EA Recordings, a division in charge of digital releases of all EA-owned music assets. She oversaw the digital production and release of over 100 soundtracks for EA Recordings. She is global artist liaison with musical talent for all PR and marketing executions, including interviews, appearances and events, nurturing relationships with artists and managers and building long-term partnerships with great impact on artists’ career development.
