NARIP member Peter Kimmel has placement on hit TV show
We congratulate independent song plugger, Peter Kimmel, for securing a placement on the hit television show, True Blood. Kimmel met True Blood music supervisor Gary Calamar at NARIP’s Music Supervisor Sessions, which led directly to this placement.
Kimmel pitched the song, The Soul of a Man Never Dies by Johnny Hatton, to Calamar at our May 12 session, with Calamar instantly deciding he wanted to use it. The song will feature in True Blood – Series 4, Episode 6 – I Wish I Was the Moon (air date: 9.00pm EST on HBO).
