Mr. Lowe is chief executive officer of C. Allen Lowe & Associates, LLC (www.callenlowe.com), an executive production and venture catalyst firm specializing in digital entertainment. He has served as an advisor to over 25 digital entertainment start-ups. He assisted with the creation of Georgia’s entertainment tax credits. Mr. Lowe has co-founded three video game studios and produced over 40 video game titles. He works extensively in the casino industry developing proprietary, regulated gaming platforms for Native American casinos. Mr. Lowe has produced personality-branded projects for Kenny Rogers, Larry Holmes, Eric Bischoff, Bubba the Love Sponge, Scott Ferrall, Barry Switzer, Captain Thunder, and others. Mr. Lowe is an expert at business process improvement and has assisted his clients with both outsourcing and offshoring of graphic art pipelines. Mr. Lowe is co-founder and president of the Georgia Game Developers’ Association, Inc. (www.ggda.org), a non-profit trade association for the video game industry in Georgia. He co-launched the first digital entertainment trade show in the southeast, Southern Interactive Entertainment and Game Expo (SIEGE, www.siegecon.net). SIEGE has grown from 250 to 1150 attendees from its inception in 2007 to its fourth annual event in 2010; with 1200-1400 attendees anticipated in October 2011. Mr. Lowe works closely with government, academic, and corporate associates to create and improve economic opportunities for the industry. Mr. Lowe has served as an advisor to the Office of Governor Perdue, Georgia House of Representatives, and Georgia Department of Economic Development. Mr. Lowe is a member of Georgia Chamber of Commerce and Gwinnett Technology Council, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lowe also volunteers as an industry advisor to DeVry University, American Intercontinental University, Art Institute of Atlanta, and ITT Technical Institute. Mr. Lowe holds a master degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University, a master degree in computer science from Southern Polytechnic State University, and a bachelor degree in computer information systems from DeVry University.
